Custom Orders

All products are made to order based on your custom specifications.
Please review your custom requests carefully before finalising your order. We are not responsible for errors (e.g., misspellings, incorrect sizes, wrong colors) once the order is placed.
Minor variations in design, color, or placement may occur due to the handmade/custom nature of our products.

Ordering & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Production & Turnaround Time

Production times vary based on the complexity of the order and current workload. Estimated processing times are provided at checkout.
We aim to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply issues, holidays, weather).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom only.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Re-delivery due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production may have started, and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Custom orders canceled after production begins may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on our website are the property of RM Vinyl Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Custom designs created for you may be used in our marketing or portfolio unless otherwise requested.

User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

Submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others.
Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or other customers.
