We take great pride in creating custom-made items tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we have a specific refund policy in place.

No Refunds for Custom Orders
All custom and personalised items are non-refundable once production has started or the item has been delivered, unless:

The item arrives damaged.

There was a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect customisation, wrong item sent).

Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will be in production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the item and packaging.

Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion).
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure all customisation details (names, dates, colours, sizes, etc.) are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer.
Shipping Issues
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control. However, we will work with you to resolve any delivery issues where possible
